At Evergreen Lux Candles, we aim to deliver your luxury home fragrance experience with care, efficiency, and transparency.

 

Shipping Method & Rates

We currently offer standard door-to-door shipping throughout South Africa.

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders of R1000 or more.
  • A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to orders under R1000.
  • All deliveries are handled by trusted local couriers.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak seasons (e.g. holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.
  • All items are made or packed with care to ensure quality and safety.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 1–5 business days within South Africa, depending on your location.
  • If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm stock and arrange for faster delivery options.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address,
  • Failure to collect from the courier, or
  • No recipient available at time of delivery,

 

We will reach out via email or phone. Please note:

  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within South Africa only.
