1. About Evergreen Lux Candles

Evergreen Lux Candles is a South African-based brand committed to crafting luxury, eco-conscious candles and home fragrance products. All items are hand-poured using premium, sustainable materials with care and artistic passion. Our website and products are available to users aged 16 and above, or with the supervision of a legal guardian.

 

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • All sales are considered final once payment is processed.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within South Africa only.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
  • Evergreen Lux Candles is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, theft).

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In short:

  • Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or damaged products, and requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • While we take care to provide accurate product descriptions, we do not guarantee the information is always complete or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, and cancel orders based on incorrect information without prior notice.
  • Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
